What is new this year?

Survive & Thrive Conference 2025 is now extended to Friday afternoon and evening. Enjoy kickoff activities in the afternoon, followed by dinner with ice breakers, and an inspiring keynote address on Friday evening.

Survive & Thrive Conference 2025 will feature sessions tailored to attendees based on where they are in the cancer experience. New for 2025, follow a session track that helps you READY yourself for the cancer experience and into survivorship, gather the tools to help SET you up to conquer the myriad of challenges cancer brings, and fill your cup with inspiration to GO forth with confidence and renewed energy.

What are the tracks?

Survive & Thrive Conference 2025 will feature sessions tailored to attendees based on where they are in the cancer experience. When you register, select one of the tracks below, and you will receive an agenda customized to you. Please select the option that best suits you as you are currently feeling today. All participants will be poised to GO!

Tracks are designed to give guidance on suggested sessions to attend. However, you can attend any session that interests you.

READY

Participants choosing this track might be newly diagnosed or just starting treatment. Sessions will focus on readying yourself and taking an inventory of where you currently are. We will dive into how to start processing your or your loved one’s cancer diagnosis and gain some tools to know what questions to ask and where to find resources and help.

SET

Participants choosing this track are often currently in treatment and post-treatment. These cancer survivors and caregivers are ready to take the education and practical tools and meaningfully walk through this experience. Workshops will focus on exercise, nutrition and journaling, art therapy, and meditation.

Is there programming for non-patients?

Yes! Sessions are designed to be beneficial for caregivers, loved ones, and healthcare professionals. Many patients attend with a loved one, caregiver, or spouse and often find that they attend some sessions together and others separately depending on their interests.

How do I sign up for breakout sessions?

When you register, you will sign up for either the READY track or the SET track. If you are interested in a session different from the track you signed up for, no problem. Tracks are designed to give guidance on suggested sessions to attend. However, you can attend any session that interests you.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, sessions on the main stage will be recorded and added to a private playlist for registrants.

Will I actually get to meet people?

Yes! Friday’s kickoff activities and dinner with ice breakers give you an immediate opportunity to meet others. During the live sessions, there are opportunities to connect with the people around you. We keep lunch open for networking and also have a vendor market and happy hour on Saturday afternoon to give you a space to spend time with new friends. For those selecting the Weekend Warrior package, the pajama party on Saturday night and Sunday morning breakfast are a great way to connect with people as well. A Resource and Respite Room provides a quiet space if you need a few minutes to relax.

How can I share my story or feedback?

We love hearing from you! We’ll have testimonial cards at the conference to share your story. The conference also has participant surveys to gather feedback on what resonates the most with participants and your great ideas for making the conference even better.
