Grappling with Grief is a free, ongoing virtual support group. An open group for adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer. Individuals will have the opportunity to reflect on the grieving process, share stories, and build a community. Different topics will be covered each meeting. Topics will include Self Care, Surviving the Holidays, All the Feelings, Loss of Control, and many more. Group meets twice a month, the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm via Zoom.
