*This Group is for Cancer Caregivers Only* Caregiver Survival is a free, 6 week virtual education & support group. This group provides people caregiving for a loved one with cancer a safe space to connect. To This will be a curriculum based support group with a full hour of support lead by our team of Texas Oncology Social Workers.

- Emotional & practical support
- Masters level social workers to lead the group
We Meet Fridays Via Zoom | From 10:00-11:00am (CST)
Topics include:
- August 16: Getting to know you as a caregiver
- August 23 : Great Expectations of caregivers
- August 30: Emotional regulation through stressful times
- September 6: How to be Heard
- September 13: Life Satisfaction: understanding self care
- September 20: Caregiving- Is it ALL Bad?
- Must complete all 6 to receive Caregiver Survival Certificate!
NOTE: You only need to register once for the Caregiver Survival. Then you can use your joining link (included in your confirmation email) to attend any of the scheduled meetings.
