It’s a new year – a time for reflection and looking forward. What a great time to contemplate what we are most thankful for and what is most important to us. While many people make traditional New Year’s resolutions, most are scrapped by mid-February.
Perhaps this year, it is time for a different approach. Consider making two or three goals for the year that mirror what is most important to you. For example, mark off a bucket list item. Start a new hobby or challenge. Find a unique way to create a stronger bond with a friend or relative. The goals can be anything but should be personal and meaningful to you.
