Supporting Cancer Patients and Their Families in the Communities Where They Live,
Work and Receive Treatment.
Give Yourself a Spring Break
Over the next few weeks, schools will begin the annual ritual of Spring Break. The beloved break from the rigor opens opportunities for new and memorable experiences or just some good old-fashioned down time.
Whether you have kids in school or not, why not take this time to give yourself your own Spring Break. Try a new experience, pamper yourself a bit, or give yourself permission to take a break from the task list.
It’s also a perfect time to tell your own story, just in time for National Write Down Your Story Day on March 14. See “Helpful Resources” below for our helpful guide to get you started.
Whatever you decide, embrace it!
